- Clinical safety first. Medication is only considered when BMI ≥27 (or ≥23 with a weight-related comorbidity such as diabetes or hypertension). Your doctor may recommend blood tests before prescribing. If you experience severe symptoms such as persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or difficulty breathing after starting treatment, seek emergency care at your nearest hospital immediately.

Complete a secure, comprehensive health intake form. Share your medical history, current medications, BMI, blood pressure, and weight loss goals. Upload existing blood results if available.
- Takes ~10 Minutes
- Video Consultation
A 1-on-1 secure video call with an MMC-registered doctor. The physician reviews your questionnaire, assesses clinical suitability, and discusses your health history in depth before making any recommendations.
- Personalised Treatment Plan
If clinically appropriate, the doctor prescribes a personalised plan — which may include GLP-1 medication, lifestyle modifications, dietary guidance, or a referral for blood tests. Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner.
- Ongoing Monitoring
Weight loss is a long-term journey. Regular follow-up consultations (RM20/visit), progress tracking via your patient dashboard, side-effect reporting, and medication dose adjustments ensure you remain on a safe and effective path.
